MADOFF MONEY BREAKTHROUGH?

There may be a breakthrough in the hunt for the Madoff billions. Fortune Magazine is reporting that Madoff ran his Ponzi with a 1980s IBM AS/400 computer, in a tiny office space accessible only to him and his chief honcho Frank DiPascali. Having worked at Madoff's side 33 years, DiPascali is believed to know where many, if not all, of the skeletons are buried. That's why prosecutors have been interviewing him at length, discussing the possibility of a deal. They want him to reveal the location of hidden assets and to name names. Pascali, obviously hoping to avoid the possibility of a long jail sentence, is said to be willing to work something out.
