With the US vs UBS case set to go to court in Miami on Monday, reports from Washington say that a deal between the Department of Justice and the Swiss bank --- which would see the bank revealing American account information --- remains elusive. If a deal isn't struck before Monday morning, the Swiss are risking an all out war on their much treausured banking secrecy.
